| In this section, we walk you through how to buy one of our games. |

| It´s just 3 simple steps to purchase a game |

Important information: Please note that you have to be connected to the internet at all times when purchasing a game.
Basically there are two different ways to purchase one of our games:
- purchase using ´Buy & Download´
- purchase using ´Try & Buy´.
Purchase using ´Buy & Download´
This means that you buy a full version of the game which is ready to play on your PC after installation.
Step 1
Click on the ´Buy Now´ button.
Step 2
Follow the instructions on your screen.
Important: you must use a valid e-mail address for subsequent identification. Without this, you will not receive your chosen game. We offer a number of different methods of secure payment to match your requirements.
Step 3
As soon you have completed the purchase process, you will receive a link sent to your email address that enables you to download your game.
Purchase using ´Try & Buy´
This facility is currently not available for products sold on the Eidos E-store.
The ´Try & Buy´ option allows you to try out a time limited version of your chosen game free of charge so that you can make sure it is the game for you. If you do like the game, then the purchase process can be started from within the game at any time. Please note that we cannot offer ´Try & Buy´ on every game due to legal-related licensing reasons! This is what you need to do:
Step 1
Click on the ´Free Trial´ button, download and install the game on your computer.
Step 2
Follow the instructions on your screen.
Important: Enter a valid e-mail address for subsequent identification purposes should you wish to purchase a full copy of the game at a later stage.
Step 3
If you like the game and wish to purchase a full version, you can do so using any one of our secure payment systems. As soon as the purchase process has been completed your game will start automatically.

Purchase confirmation
After successful payment, a purchase confirmation message will be displayed. Please print it and keep it safe. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation summarizing all the important information relating to your purchase. Keeping this e-mail will help you if any problems should arise with your game later.
Important notice
You will be identified as the licensee of the game through your e-mail address and the activation code. Without this data, reinstallation (reactivation) of the game will not be possible.

| Reinstalling / reactivating your game |
|
Reinstalling your already purchased game can be done quite easily: Once again, download your game and install it. Instead of ´Buy Now´, choose the option ´Already Purchased?´. Enter the e-mail address which you used during the original purchase process and the activation code sent to you. The required information can be found in the purchase confirmation sent to you by e-mail after the original successful purchase. The game will be unlocked automatically. A detailed description of the process can be found in the FAQs section (article 14).
You can use the option of recovering your game three times. If this option is needed more often, please contact our Support Centre. You will be helped as soon as possible.
